About

The Modern Midlife Collective

Helping women understand their bodies and thrive in midlife with clarity and confidence.

The Modern Midlife Collective is a podcast designed for women who want to better understand their bodies during midlife.

Hosted by Dr. Jillian Woodruff and Dr. Ade, this show explores the real science behind hormones, menopause, metabolism, gut health, and sexual wellness.

Each episode is created to help women feel informed, empowered, and confident in their health decisions.

 Our Mission

The Modern Midlife Collective was created to change the conversation around midlife.

For too long, women have been told their symptoms are “normal” or something they simply have to live with. This podcast exists to provide clarity, education, and empowerment through evidence-based conversations.

We explore the science behind hormones, menopause, metabolism, sexual health, and whole-person wellness—helping women better understand their bodies and take control of their health.
